“Please, be informed that we use cookie files according to your browser settings in order to facilitate the use of our site and collect statistical data. For more information, read our cookies policy”

Under the provisions of the Act of July 16, 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws no. 171, item 1800 as amended) in force, we have adopted the following rules determining the manner of use of cookies by our website and the manner in which the User of our website may limit access of cookie files to their devices.

What are cookies?

Cookies are mostly text files containing IT data. They are stored on end user devices and used in web browsing. Their use allows, among others, to identify the end user device type and display websites adjusted to the end user’s individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website of origin, the time of storage on the end device and a unique number.

Information on cookie files used on our website.

There are many cookie file types which fulfill specific functions and serve specific purposes. Not all of them have to be used at all times. The cookies on our website are used solely for statistical purposes (the so-called analytical cookies which we use to keep anonymous statistics of use of our service), as well as for purposes of ensuring the correct functioning of the service and delivering better adjusted content (the so-called functional cookies connected with website operation and browsing preferences; e.g. cookies facilitate remembering the website language selected by the user to browse the content thus allowing the user to avoid the need to change the default website language to the preferred language during each browsing session). We also use third party cookies used by our partners to be able to present specific content, including advertising content, to users of our website. They allow ad display and ad personalization adjusted to a specific user and their activity on our and other websites.

Cookies may be used to collect personal data which may be used solely for the purposes of carrying out specific functions for the user. Moreover, the data thus collected is coded in a manner preventing unauthorized parties from accessing them.

How to manage cookies?

Thanks to appropriate settings of the software installed on the end user device or by configuring the service, the user may determine the cookies storage conditions or terms and conditions for accessing the information collected by cookies.

Default web browser software allows for the installation of cookies on the end user device. However, the user has the full right to configure their web browser to deactivate the automatic acceptance of cookies. Cookies may also be completely deactivated by choosing appropriate web browser settings.

Please be informed, however, that limiting cookie use by the user may adversely impact the accessibility and functionalities offered on our website to the degree which may result even in preventing its correct use.
